Inquiries made in person surged dramatically over this period, surpassing both telephone and letter inquiries. Initially starting at around 400 for personal queries compared to nearly 900 phone inquiries and just under 800 letters sent out; however, by mid-year the trend shifted with more than 1900 personal visits recorded. Telephone inquiries remained popular but saw less growth relative to face-to-face interactions.
