Welcome to Seedz, the ultimate learning tool! These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Seedz bot (“Bot”) and any related services provided by Seedz, Inc. (“Seedz”). By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Bot.

• Use of Bot: Seedz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Bot for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Subscription: Your use of the service is bound by a subscription plan, which dictates a monthly limit on the video summarization lengths you can request. Additional length allowances are available for purchase in packages. Subscription renewals can be canceled at any time via your account settings. If you choose to suspend your subscription, you are eligible for a full refund if you request it by email within the first three days of your subscription period.
• Payment: You agree to pay Seedz for the use of the Bot as determined by Seedz based on the length of the videos you summarize. The first 3 videos are free of charge. You agree to pay Seedz in tokens. We will refund any tokens that you purchased but did not use.
• Intellectual Property: The Bot and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Seedz or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• Disclaimer of Warranties: Seedz makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Bot or the information, content, materials, or products included therein. Seedz does not guarantee that the Bot will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Seedz be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Bot, even if Seedz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
• Termination: Seedz may terminate these Terms and your use of the Bot at any time, with or without cause.
• Modifications: Seedz may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Bot. Your continued use of the Bot following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Seedz with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
