Introduction
00:00:00With the upcoming release of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, there's no better time to dive into a series focused on this iconic team. Over three consecutive Mondays, I'll be creating videos centered around different aspects of the Suicide Squad. Although I considered doing something similar for My Hero Academia, I've decided to merge these interests by imagining My Hero Academia characters as members of Task Force X instead.
Hawks
00:00:41From Admirer to Vigilante: Keo's Early Life and Encounter with Batman Keo Takami grew up in a small town outside Gotham, largely unaware of heroes until his mother bought him a discounted Batman doll. His father was a low-rent supervillain, and his mother helped from home while keeping Keo locked inside. One day, his father stole an alien wing suit that accidentally bonded to Keo. Despite the newfound powers allowing him flight and combat abilities, he stayed due to occasional affection from his mother.
A Heroic Transformation Through Suffering After Batman captured Keo’s father for armed robbery, fear drove them into hiding where they quickly fell into poverty. Pressured by his mother to steal using the wingsuit's powers led him into conflict with Batman who saw only another threat rather than understanding the boy’s plight; this resulted in severe punishment for young Keo as he ended up imprisoned at 17 years old but determinedly joined Task Force X aiming towards becoming better hero unlike cruel careless batman once free
Momo Yaoyorozu
00:06:53Alan Scott: The Mystical Green Lantern Over the years, many individuals have taken on the mantle of Green Lantern from Earth. However, Alan Scott stands out due to his unique origin story. Unlike others who received their powers through a Lantern ring, Scott's abilities came from a mystical artifact called the Starheart created by the Guardians of the Universe. This altered his biology permanently and allowed him to pass down these evolved abilities to future generations.
Momo Yaoyorozu: A Hero Limited by Bureaucracy Momo Yaoyorozu inherited extraordinary matter-creation powers that surpassed those of her ancestors. Despite her potential and initial success with missions for Justice Society, government restrictions severely limited what she could create due to fears it might destabilize economies if misused. Disheartened but determined not to give up heroism entirely, Momo joined Amanda Waller’s covert Task Force X (The Suicide Squad) where she was permitted more freedom in using her abilities while leading high-priority missions.
Izuku Midoriya
00:11:37Midoriya’s Dream and Encounter with Darkseid Izuku Midoriya grew up idolizing Superman, dreaming of becoming a hero despite having no superpowers. Living in Metropolis, he once asked Superman if there was any way to gain powers but was advised to help others through non-superhero means. Years later, during an invasion by Darkseid's parademons, Midoriya ventured into the subway tunnels and ended up on Apocalypse after being sucked through a boom tube.
Dark Powers Bestowed Upon Midoriya On Apocalypse, Midoriya confronted Darkseid but was easily overpowered. Instead of killing him, Darkseid infused him with his own powers as part of a sinister plan against Earth’s heroes. Back in Metropolis with newfound abilities like Omega Beams and enhanced strength akin to those of dark side himself midorya began fighting parademons until he attracted the attention of the Justice League who were wary about his sudden power acquisition.
'Hero' Turned Menace: The Struggle Against Darkness Despite wanting to use his new abilities for good Madoria struggled under their influence leading him into conflict with both villains and heroes alike including multiple confrontations where even Superman had difficulty restraining or reasoning out what exactly happened eventually resulting imprisonment at Belle Reve prison Amanda Waller saw potential asset value thus ensuring continued utilization rather than letting rot away unused
Ibara Shiozaki
00:19:52The Tragic Origins of Swamp Thing and His Daughter Alec Holland, a scientist working on a biorestorative formula to solve global food shortages, was attacked by thugs from the criminal organization Conclave. The attack resulted in an explosion that transformed Alec into Swamp Thing while his wife Linda fled and later gave birth to their daughter Shiosaki under her grandmother's name Ibara. Growing up with spiritual inclinations, Shiosaki discovered her father's fate and sought closure for her mother.
Shiosaki’s Transformation and Mission Against the Conclave While praying at the swamp where she believed her father resided as Swamp Thing, Shiosaki encountered goons from the Conclave who tried using her as bait. In response to their threat against his daughter, vines emerged protecting them but also dragged everyone into the swamp; during this ordeal, Alec transferred part of his essence to save Shiosaki's life transforming parts of herself into vine-like structures granting new abilities. She used these powers defensively when confronted again by Conclave members seeking revenge but ended up imprisoned falsely accused—now determined more than ever needing escape quickly protect both parents.
More Videos & Inspiring Outro
00:25:57I highly recommend checking out my recent goofy Batman villains rebooted onto the Suicide Squad episode. You might also like my My Hero Academia characters as demons video, and I have tons of other related content on here. Ending this video with a positive note from Adan psychology's book 'The Courage to Be Disliked': The courage to be happy includes the courage to be disliked. Being true to yourself means some people won't like you, but it will help you find those who appreciate your genuine self.
