Objectives of the Group Project The group project aims to foster collaborative learning, interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. It emphasizes teamwork by holding all members accountable for collective performance while preparing students for real-world challenges like managing diverse team dynamics. Additionally, it encourages overcoming personal doubts through research methods such as surveys or interviews that develop communication skills.
Requirements and Structure of the Assignment Groups must consist of 4-5 students with mandatory participation during defense; absentees without valid reasons receive zero points. The assignment includes two parts: theoretical analysis (goals, objectives) supported by literature review and a practical survey/interview component requiring careful question design targeting relevant audiences. Surveys need at least 50 respondents via Google forms or video-recorded interviews from no less than ten participants.
